We are seeking an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to lead our legal and regulatory operations and drive global growth. This high-impact leadership role requires a strong background in commercial contracting, cross-border dispute management, and international compliance. You will partner closely with business, product, finance, and HR teams.
๐ ๏ธ Key Responsibilities
- โ๏ธ Draft, negotiate, and manage high-value commercial agreements (SaaS, vendor, partnership, financing).
- โ๏ธ Oversee domestic and cross-border disputes in coordination with external counsel.
- ๐ Ensure robust regulatory compliance and data privacy across multiple regions.
- ๐งโ๐ผ Advise on labor laws and manage intellectual property protection.
- ๐ Provide practical, risk-balanced guidance to business teams.
- ๐ค Partner closely with cross-functional teams.
โ Requirements & Skills
- ๐ LL.B. / B.A. LL.B. degree.
- ๐ผ 5+ years of PQE in corporate legal and compliance.
- ๐ Hands-on experience handling cross-border legal matters (US, Singapore, UAE, Vietnam).
- ๐ง Exceptional analytical, drafting, and stakeholder management skills.
