Tech Support Intern

This role is for motivated individuals with strong SQL and troubleshooting skills. You will gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced technology environment by investigating and resolving technical issues.

This internship is ideal for candidates with a strong foundation in SQL, logical reasoning, and technical troubleshooting. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to investigate issues, analyze data, and support API-related activities, delivering effective technical solutions.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• ✅ Assist in resolving technical support tickets and troubleshooting application issues.
• 📝 Write SQL queries to extract, analyze, and validate data.
• 🔍 Investigate data discrepancies and perform root cause analysis.
• 🤝 Collaborate with Developers, QA, and stakeholders to resolve reported issues.
• 🌐 Analyze API requests, responses, and logs to identify errors.
• 🛠️ Use browser developer tools (Network, Console) for debugging and issue investigation.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Btech, BCA, Engineering, or a related field.
• 💻 Good knowledge of SQL (joins, aggregations, filtering, etc.).
• 🧠 Strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills.
• 🌐 Basic understanding of APIs, HTTP requests/responses, and common error codes.
• Familiarity with browser developer tools for debugging.
• 🗣️ Good communication skills and eagerness to learn.
