🎯 About the Role
Work under the direction of the IT team to support the technology that employees rely on for developing design solutions. This part-time, temporary position requires an in-office presence and involves monitoring the helpdesk, providing end-user support, and preparing equipment.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 💻 Monitor Helpdesk tickets, escalate as appropriate, and work with clients to resolve issues.
- 🔧 Provide end-user support for hardware and software issues.
- 📦 Prepare, set up, and coordinate employee equipment.
- ⬆️ Identify areas requiring equipment upgrades and work with System Administrators to implement them.
- 🧪 Participate in testing and evaluation of hardware and software.
- 🛠️ Adapt/modify existing hardware and software to meet specific needs.
- 🖨️ Maintain peripherals such as printers.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 🎓 Must be enrolled in an Associate or Bachelor's degree program in Information Technology or a related field.
- 💻 Knowledge of MS Windows desktop and Microsoft Office is required.
- 🗣️ Strong communication skills and innovative thinking are essential.
- 🤝 Ability to work with the IT team to provide technical resolutions in a professional manner.
