This remote-first internship offers exposure to modern HR tech and employer branding. You will gain practical experience in various HR functions, from candidate sourcing to onboarding, in a high-velocity startup environment.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment support: job posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate communication.
• Coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Support HR initiatives like employee engagement surveys and intern check-ins.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and improve sourcing channels.
• Contribute to employer branding efforts.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• Google Workspace proficiency.
• Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Basic LinkedIn Recruiter knowledge.
• Applicant Tracking System (ATS) navigation.
• Familiarity with HRIS tools (e.g., Zoho People, BambooHR).
• Communication skills (email/WhatsApp/phone).
• Canva for HR collateral design (preferred).
• Basic understanding of recruitment KPIs (preferred).
• Experience with campus hiring or student outreach programs (preferred).
