🎯 About the Role
This is a 12-month training role designed to prepare you for leadership in plant operations. You will gain diverse experience in various departments, with relocation assistance provided for your first Plant Leader role.

✅ Requirements & Skills
- 🎓 Bachelor's or Master's degree completed/to be completed between May 2024 – Summer 2027, OR Associate’s Degree + two years relevant work experience, OR E-4 rank (or higher) in military, OR four years relevant experience.
- 🌍 Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- 🏠 Willing and able to relocate.
- 💪 Ability to contribute as part of a team and individually.
- ⏰ Willingness to work various shifts and weekends.
