🎯 About the Role

This role is for someone who lives on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, and X, and isn't afraid to be a little chaotic to earn attention. You'll be creating short-form video and written content, engaging directly with comments, and turning product moments into shareable content.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🎬 Create short-form video content (TikTok, Reels, X) with a bold voice.
• ✍️ Create short-form and long-form written content for platforms like Reddit, X, Discord, LinkedIn.
• 💬 Engage directly with comments/DMs in-character.
• 🚀 Turn product moments into scroll-stopping, shareable content.
• 📊 Track performance and iterate quickly on content.
• 📸 Attend events to create "in real life" community and lifestyle content.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 📣 A distinct personal aesthetic/POV that's already loud online.
• 🎭 Comfortable being polarizing and not trying to please everyone.
• 💡 Fluent in current meme, sound, and trend cycles.
• 🚀 Bonus: existing following or engagement rate that proves you can move a feed.
• 💼 Deep interest in tech, finance, startup, and venture space.
