EAM Analyst, Emerging Talent Intern

🎯 About the Role

The EAM (Enterprise Assets Management) team supports the Department of Subways (DOS) operations by tracking major assets. As an EAM Analyst Intern, you will learn how assets are stored, maintained, repaired, and replaced within the subway system. This role involves data analysis, script creation, project management, and troubleshooting, providing a comprehensive understanding of asset management in a large-scale public transportation environment.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 💻 Create software scripts for data transformation and utilize SQL Queries.
• 🚀 Manage tasks to move projects and initiatives forward.
• 🔧 Troubleshoot EAM application issues and provide customer service.
• 🤝 Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for EAM solutions.
• 🔍 Maintain a process for identifying defects and implementing solutions.
• 📝 Document and uphold standards for software implementation.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Matriculated in an undergraduate program with at least 2.5 GPA OR graduate program with at least 2.8 GPA.
• 📊 Major(s) Preferred: Data Science, Data Engineer, IT Systems, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Management, Math or related field.
• 🧑‍💻 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• 🗂️ Organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• 🧠 Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and maintain a keen eye for detail.

💰 Compensation: $19.00 (Undergraduate), $21.00 (Graduate) per hour
