South Indian Master Chef

We are urgently hiring an experienced South Indian Master Chef with in-depth expertise in authentic Sambar and traditional Andhra cuisine. This role requires proficiency in a wide range of South Indian dishes and the ability to train kitchen staff.

🎯 About the Role

This is a senior culinary position requiring extensive knowledge of South Indian cuisine, particularly Andhra specialties. The Master Chef will be responsible for menu execution, quality control, and training junior kitchen staff to maintain high standards of taste, quality, and presentation.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🥣 In-depth expertise in authentic Sambar preparation.
• 🌶️ Proven experience in preparing Andhra-style Pappu (dal) and traditional Andhra meals.
• 🥞 Proficiency in making dosa, benne dosa, idli, vada, and a variety of chutneys.
• 🎓 Ability to train kitchen staff and ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation standards.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 👨‍🍳 1+ years of experience as a South Indian Master Chef.
• 🌶️ Expertise in South Indian cuisine, especially Andhra style.
• 🥣 Proficient in preparing Sambar, Pappu, Dosa, Idli, Vada, and Chutneys.
• 🎓 Ability to train and manage kitchen staff.
