🎯 About the Role
Work closely with the Artistic Staff to facilitate administrative, artistic, and literary initiatives. You will provide script coverage and assist the Administrator to the Artistic Director with daily departmental needs. This role offers direct involvement in the creative process of theatrical productions.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 📋 Assist the Administrator to the Artistic Director with daily tasks
- 📚 Help maintain script library and script coverage process
- 🎭 Aide in preparation for workshops, rehearsals, and special events
- 🌟 Assist with special projects and departmental initiatives
- 🎬 Attend performances, readings, and other events
✅ Requirements & Skills
- ⭐ 1 year of professional experience in artistic administration
- 🗂️ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- 🗣️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 🤝 Exceptional interpersonal skills; flexibility, curiosity, and problem-solving ability
- 🌟 Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships
- 🚀 Ability to execute work independently in a fast-paced environment
- 💻 Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, G-Suite, Airtable, and Excel
