You will act as a strategic operator, helping to launch and validate radical career progression offerings for top C-suite leaders. This role involves rapid user dissection, smoke-testing, and scaling groundbreaking value propositions like the Enterprise Succession Engine. You'll work directly with co-founders in an agile sprint squad to build a definitive strategic backbone for India's elite leadership.

• 🔬 Conduct rapid qualitative deep-dives with elite CXOs for insights into career progression.
• 🧪 Build and deploy high-converting, low-fidelity MVPs to test market demand.
