🎯 About the Role

This intensive 6-month internship involves end-to-end management of social media accounts, content creation, influencer collaborations, and basic content editing. You will play a key role in building the brand's narrative and driving engagement across platforms.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🚀 Own and manage all social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) end-to-end.
• ✍️ Write engaging content, including video scripts, captions, and campaign ideas.
• 🤝 Research, pitch, and manage influencer collaborations in the spiritual, wellness, and lifestyle space.
• ✂️ Perform basic content edits, such as trimming videos and adding captions.
• 🌐 Post content on LinkedIn and Twitter to expand brand reach and engagement.
• ✨ Improve website and Amazon listings to enhance product presentation and conversions.
• 📈 Track social media performance metrics and adapt strategies based on results.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 💡 Real experience running social media for a brand, creator, or startup.
• 📝 Strong writing instincts in Hindi, Hinglish, and English, adapted for social media.
• 👀 A sharp eye for creating scroll-stopping content (hooks, pacing, aesthetics).
• 🔗 Some understanding of influencer marketing processes (outreach, briefs, deliverables).
• 💻 Comfortable with basic content creation tools (CapCut, Canva, Instagram native).
• 📊 Analytical ability to interpret social media data and adjust strategies accordingly.
• 🚀 High ownership, fast-paced work ethic, and a proactive attitude.

💰 Stipend: ₹45,000/month (₹10,000 cash + ₹35,000 housing expenses)
