Drive business growth for a people consulting firm by identifying clients, crafting compelling content, and gaining direct mentorship from the founder.

🎯 About the Role

This role sits inside the founder's office. You will work closely on the things that move the business forward: finding the right clients, reaching out to them, getting them on calls, and creating the content that builds trust before the first conversation.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🎯 Identify and target the right founders and HR leaders.
• ✉️ Run LinkedIn outreach and follow-ups.
• 📞 Make calls to book meetings and speak with senior decision-makers.
• ✍️ Create posts, write copy, and build brand presence.
• 📈 Draft, test, and ship content regularly.
• 📊 Conduct market, company, and industry research.

• 💡 Sharp, curious, and able to figure things out independently.
• 🗣️ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• 🤝 Comfortable speaking with senior people.
• 🔎 Strong internet research and information-gathering skills.
• 📋 Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• 💻 Comfortable with LinkedIn, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
• 📚 Interested in consulting, startups, business development, HR, or L&D.
• 💻 Has own laptop.
