🎯 About the Role

As a Human Resources Intern, you will gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of HR while supporting the day-to-day operations of Dynamic Aviation's Human Resources team.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🗂️ Provides administrative support to the Human Resources team, including filing and maintaining records.
• 🗄️ Assists with HR audits, including I-9 documentation and benefits records.
• 🔍 Supports recruiting activities by reviewing applications and scheduling interviews.
• 👥 Assists with new hire onboarding activities.
• 📚 Supports benefits administration activities while gaining an understanding of employee benefit programs.
• 📊 Assists with HR reporting, data collection, and analysis.
• 🎉 Supports employee engagement initiatives.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
• 🌟 Interest in developing a career in Human Resources.
• 🗂️ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• ✍️ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• ⚖️ Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet established deadlines.
• 🤝 Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
• 🔑 Demonstrated professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• 💻 Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• 🧠 Willingness to learn new systems, processes, and areas of Human Resources.

💰 Compensation: $12.77 per hour.
