🎯 About the Role

This is an unpaid, remote internship focused on athlete relations and community management. You will be the brand's voice in athlete conversations, a key part of building the ambassador network, and responsible for managing daily interactions and follow-ups.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🗂️ Track athlete interactions in CRM systems (Notion plus internal tools).
• ❗ Flag unique requests or issues to the founding team quickly.
• ❓ Answer common questions and resolve athlete issues using internal playbooks.
• 📈 Manage daily follow-ups with creators and affiliates to keep deals moving.
• 📝 Track creator and affiliate outreach in the CRM with clean notes and follow-ups.

• 🗣️ Able to manage a high volume of athlete communication daily.
• 💻 Comfortable with Instagram DMs and basic CRM tools.
