This is an unpaid internship where you will be instrumental in recruiting and managing TikTok creators, influencers, and affiliates. You will gain hands-on experience sourcing talent, handling outreach, and organizing the creator pipeline, directly contributing to the brand's growth.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🤝 Build strong athlete relationships through clear and supportive communication.
• 💬 Reply to athlete DMs daily with accuracy, speed, and professionalism.
• 🔎 Source TikTok and Instagram creators that fit the brand and add them to the outreach pipeline.
• 🌟 Represent the brand voice with energy, positivity, and care in every message.
• 🗂️ Keep athlete records organized and up to date.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 📱 Active on TikTok and Instagram with a sense for what creators are doing well.
• ✍️ Strong written English and communication skills.
• 🏆 Passion for sports, NIL, or athlete culture (preferred).
• 🗣️ Able to manage a high volume of athlete communication daily.
