🎯 About the Role

This is a remote, unpaid internship focused on supporting the brand's influencer and affiliate program. You will play a key role in sourcing creators, managing outreach, and onboarding new affiliates, gaining direct exposure to scaling a DTC brand through creator partnerships.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🌟 Represent the brand voice with energy, positivity, and care in every message.
• 📝 Track creator and affiliate outreach in the CRM with clean notes and follow-ups.
• 🔎 Source TikTok and Instagram creators that fit the brand and add them to the outreach pipeline.
• 💬 Reply to athlete DMs daily with accuracy, speed, and professionalism.
• 🤝 Help onboard new athlete ambassadors into the program.
• ❗ Flag unique requests or issues to the founding team quickly.

• 💻 Comfortable with Instagram DMs and basic CRM tools.
• ✍️ Strong written English and communication skills.
