As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will support client hiring mandates and internal recruitment initiatives. This performance-driven role is for individuals passionate about recruitment and helping organizations build high-performing teams.

• 🔍 Source high-quality candidates across various channels.
• ✅ Conduct initial candidate screening and qualification.
• 📈 Build and maintain talent pipelines.
• 📅 Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication.
• 📊 Track hiring progress and maintain recruitment databases.
• 🏢 Assist in internal hiring for GTM Labs.
• 🔗 Support employer branding and talent outreach.

• 💡 Strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR.
• 🗣️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• 🗂️ Strong organizational and coordination abilities.

• 🔗 Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and ATS platforms is preferred.
