This ground-floor opportunity allows you to be the voice of a fitness startup, creating content, growing an audience, and building a community. You'll work directly with the founder and see the direct impact of your work on growth.
๐ ๏ธ Key Responsibilities
- ๐ฅ Plan, film, and edit short-form content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) for lifters.
- ๐๏ธ Own the content calendar and post consistently across platforms.
- ๐ฌ Grow and engage the community through comments, DMs, and replies.
- ๐ฅ Jump on fitness and pop-culture trends rapidly.
- ๐ค Help build relationships with gyms, lifters, and micro-creators.
- ๐ Track content performance and double down on what's working.
- ๐ก Brainstorm campaigns and growth experiments with the founder.
โ Requirements & Skills
- ๐๏ธ Genuinely into fitness/gym culture.
- ๐ฑ Deep familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and short-form video trends.
- ๐ฌ Basic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, or similar).
- โจ Creative eye and a strong sense of shareable content.
- ๐ Self-starter energy, comfortable owning projects.
- โ๏ธ Great written voice: casual, funny, on-brand.
- ๐ Experience posting own fitness/lifestyle content (bonus).
- ๐ Experience growing a page or account (bonus).
- ๐จ Basic graphic design or photography skills (bonus).
