This one-month rotational internship offers practical exposure across multiple business functions within the hospitality and property industry. Interns will receive structured training and hands-on experience in Customer Service, Property & Hotel Analysis, Digital Marketing, and Business Administration, including AI tools.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 🤝 Learn guest communication and reservation handling in Customer Service.
- 📊 Research and analyze hotels/properties for acquisition opportunities.
- 📱 Support digital marketing campaigns and content creation.
- 🗂️ Assist with documentation, reporting, and operational records in Administration.
- 🤖 Gain exposure to the practical use of AI tools in business operations.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 🗣️ Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- 🚀 Strong willingness to learn and take initiative.
- 💻 Basic computer skills, including MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email.
