🎯 About the Role
This Co-Op role focuses on driving continuous improvement within manufacturing operations, specifically by enhancing the Kanban system to achieve more consistent production rates. You will participate in Kaizen and 6S events, and Value Stream Mapping.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 🔄 Work on teams to improve Kanban System for consistent production rates.
- 💡 Participate in Kaizen Events to reduce inefficiencies and improve morale.
- 🧹 Lead 6S organizational events to help employees organize work areas.
- 🗺️ Participate in Value Stream Mapping Events to identify improvement opportunities.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 🎓 Major study in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Technology, or Mechanical Engineering.
- 📊 Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- 🛠️ Hands-on experience using tools preferred.
- 🌟 Minimum 2.5 GPA.
