4-H Fair Intern

This seasonal summer employment offers the chance to assist with administrative and organizational duties for the Hunterdon County 4-H Agricultural Fair. You will support various aspects of the event.

🎯 About the Role

This seasonal summer role provides administrative and organizational support to Rutgers Cooperative Extension staff for the Hunterdon County 4-H Agricultural Fair. You will assist with duties related to the fair from pre-event preparation to post-event cleanup.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 📊 Utilize Excel spreadsheets to update and manage information.
• 📞 Complete mailings, phone calls, and emails to communicate with volunteers.
• 🖨️ Make photocopies and create/update forms and flyers.
• 🎨 Create displays and badges.
• 🤝 Assist with all aspects of the fair during fair week and post-fair cleanup.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🚗 Valid New Jersey driver’s license.
• 🧠 Knowledge of 4-H is a plus.

💰 Stipend: $18.00 per hour
