Communications Intern

Support the Creative and Marketing Team in content creation and marketing initiatives, ensuring accuracy in trackers and maintaining high standards for marketing assets.

🎯 About the Role

This internship offers the opportunity to support the marketing and content creation efforts of a dynamic company. You will be responsible for maintaining marketing trackers and ensuring the organized management of content assets, reporting directly to the Creative Director.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• ✨ Assist in the creation of social media content and EDM writing.
• 🔍 Conduct content research for upcoming campaigns.
• 🌐 Support content and writing for the website and other channels.
• 🎬 Support short video creations for social media.
• 🔗 Ensure regular sharing of media content to increase online presence.
• 🗂️ Insert keyword tag assets on the digital asset management platform.
• 📚 Assist in housekeeping of the slide library and format media clippings.
• 📊 Ensure accuracy in site meeting trackers and other relevant trackers.
• 💻 Support in ensuring updated content on Website and Mobile app.

• 📱 Comfortable with social media content writing.
• 🖥️ Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
