People Experience (HR) Intern

Support the People Experience team by carrying out a wide range of HR tasks, contributing to recruitment, operations, and staff engagement.

🎯 About the Role

This internship involves hands-on contribution to the People Experience team, ensuring processes and structures are well executed. You will be involved in administration, recruitment, HR operations, HR analysis, and staff engagement activities.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🗂️ Upload and maintain the internal database with high accuracy.
• 📢 Create social media content relating to recruitment and post advertisements.
• 📄 Handle recruitment-related matters including scheduling and paperwork.
• 📜 Assist in the compliance of HR policies and processes.
• 📊 Assist in developing standard and ad hoc reports and dashboards.
• 🤝 Assist in the Employee’s engagement program & activities.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Interested candidates without prior experience are welcome.
• 💻 Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• ⏱️ Able to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• 🗂️ Strong organizational and planning skills.
