People Experience (HR) Intern

Act as the backbone of the People Experience team, contributing hands-on to a wide range of HR functions in a dynamic APAC environment.

🎯 About the Role

This internship provides an opportunity to gain comprehensive HR experience, from administration and recruitment to HR operations and employee engagement. You will support processes and structures that enable the People Experience team to thrive.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 📂 Upload and maintain the internal database with high accuracy.
• 🗂️ Housekeeping the HRIS.
• 📢 Create social media content relating to recruitment.
• 📣 Post and manage recruitment advertisements.
• 📞 Handle recruitment-related matters including scheduling and candidate database maintenance.
• 📜 Assist in the compliance of HR policies and processes.
• 📊 Assist in the research and implementation of HR systems/platforms.
• 📈 Assist in developing standard and ad hoc reports and dashboards.
• 🤝 Assist in various HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• 📊 Assist with HR surveys, data, metrics, and statistics.
• 🎉 Assist in the Employee’s engagement program & activities.
• ✉️ Assist in drafting HR newsletters and announcements.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🌟 No prior experience required; eager candidates welcome.
• 💻 Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, and AI tools.
• ⏳ Able to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• 🗂️ Strong organizational and planning skills.
• 🗣️ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• 💡 Self-starter with a good attitude toward learning.
