🎯 About the Role
As a Software Developer Intern, you will contribute to back, middle, and/or front office projects. This 9-week onsite program offers hands-on learning, mentorship, and exposure to multiple business areas. We aim to equip interns with the skills needed to succeed in the financial services industry.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 💻 Work closely with experienced software engineers to design, develop, and maintain software solutions.
- ✅ Own your project and provide updates to team members.
- 📊 Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and distribute knowledge.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- ⏳ Required onsite 9-week program commitment.
- 🎓 Currently pursuing a BS, MS, or Ph.D. in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
- 📈 Minimum GPA of 3.5.
- 🚀 Programming experience in C++, Java, or Python.
- 💡 Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- 🤝 Ability to work both independently and in groups.
- ⏱️ Ability to prioritize and set goals on shifting priorities.
