This role focuses heavily on calling and scheduling to support the operations team. You will be responsible for interacting with interviewers and candidates, managing interview schedules, and ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 📊 Perform daily and weekly reporting activities.
- 📅 Schedule & Reschedule interviews on the platform smoothly.
- 💻 Facilitate smooth onboarding of participants/candidates to the coding platform and resolve issues.
- 📞 Follow up with clients & candidates through calling.
- 🗄️ Handle support calls efficiently and provide swift resolutions.
- 👀 Keep an eye on the live dashboard.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 🤝 Good customer relationship skills.
- ⏰ Can devote 9 hours a day.
- 🗣️ Excellent communication skills.
💰 Stipend: 12k/- fixed per month + 1k performance bonus
⏳ Duration: 6 months
