🎯 About the Role
As an Operations Intern – Talent Sourcer, you will leverage professional platforms to identify suitable interviewers, build a talent pool, and conduct preliminary screenings. You will maintain an organized database and collaborate with the Operations team to understand hiring needs.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 🔍 Utilize LinkedIn and job boards to identify potential interviewers.
- 👥 Build and maintain a talent pool across various industries.
- ✅ Conduct preliminary screenings and shortlist candidates.
- 🗂️ Maintain an organized database of potential interviewers.
- 📊 Track and report sourcing activities and results.
- 🤝 Work closely with the Operations team to understand hiring needs.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 🎓 Pursuing/Completed a degree in B.Tech/CSE/ECE/AI OR related fields.
- 🔗 Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and boolean search.
- 🗣️ Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- 🤹 Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- 📈 Previous exposure to recruitment or HR operations is a plus.
💰 Stipend: 10k/- per month + best performers get bonus of 1k per month
⏳ Duration: 6 months
