🎯 About the Role

This role involves planning, creating, and scheduling content for Instagram and LinkedIn, assisting with ad campaigns, and engaging with the community. You'll gain hands-on experience shaping brand strategy.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 📱 Plan, create, and schedule content for Instagram and LinkedIn.
• 📊 Assist in running and monitoring Meta ad campaigns.
• 📈 Research trending content formats and styles.
• 💬 Engage with the community and respond to comments/DMs.
• ✍️ Develop a consistent brand voice and visual identity.
• 📈 Track performance metrics and share insights.
• 🤝 Collaborate on influencer outreach.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• ✨ Genuine interest in social media, fashion, or D2C brands.
• 📱 Comfortable using Instagram Reels, Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
• 🤩 Strong sense of aesthetics.
• 💡 Basic understanding of Instagram/LinkedIn algorithms.
• 🚀 Self-starter, able to work independently.
• 📝 Bonus: Meta Ads Manager, copywriting, or photography/videography experience.
