🎯 About the Role

This unpaid, remote leadership internship is for experienced Android developers. You will lead a team, mentor interns, and contribute to product development for LettrBlack, a social learning platform.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🚀 Lead and manage the Android development team.
• ✅ Assign tasks, review progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
• 👨‍🏫 Mentor and support Android developer interns.
• ⭐ Review code and maintain coding standards.
• 🤝 Collaborate with UI/UX, Backend, and QA teams.
• 💡 Participate in technical discussions and architecture decisions.
• 💻 Contribute to Android development using Kotlin.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 📱 Good experience with Kotlin and Android development.
• 🛠️ Experience with Android Studio, Git, and GitHub.
• 🌐 Understanding of REST APIs and Firebase.
• ⭐ Strong leadership, communication, and task management skills.
• 🧑‍🏫 Ability to mentor interns and work in a startup environment.
• ⏰ Able to commit 3 hours per day consistently.
