• 📄 Screen resumes against technical requirements and project experience.
• 📞 Conduct initial HR and technical screening calls with candidates.
• 📅 Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and technical teams.
• 🗄️ Maintain candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems.
• 💬 Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle.
• ✍️ Assist in creating and publishing job descriptions.
• 🚀 Support employer branding and internship recruitment initiatives.
• 📊 Prepare recruitment reports and hiring progress updates.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 💻 Basic understanding of Backend Development, Frontend Development, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Git, GitHub, Flutter, Dart, and AI/ML fundamentals.
• 🗣️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
