🎯 About the Role
This role involves collecting, organizing, and analyzing complex datasets to generate meaningful business insights for product management and leadership. You will work closely with various cross-functional teams to develop and maintain key databases.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 🛠️ Collect, organize, and maintain data for global pharmaceutical market initiatives.
- 🛠️ Develop and manage databases for the Health Ingredients portfolio.
- 🛠️ Analyze complex datasets and transform information into actionable business insights.
- 🛠️ Partner with Market Intelligence, Sales, Strategy, and other teams to gather and validate data.
- 🛠️ Support the development and maintenance of product, market, competitor, and packaging databases.
- 🛠️ Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and analytical summaries.
- 🛠️ Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across multiple information sources.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- ✅ Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- ✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- ✅ Ability to work with large datasets and convert information into valuable business insights.
- ✅ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- ✅ Exposure to Power BI, SQL, Python, or R (an advantage).
- ✅ Strong verbal and written English communication skills with business-level fluency.
- ✅ Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions and stakeholders.
