This internship at Maison 21G involves supporting international B2B operations across various regions, ensuring seamless coordination between sales managers, clients, and internal teams. You will gain valuable experience in sales, operations, and client management.
π οΈ Key Responsibilities
- ποΈ Consolidate and manage all B2B inquiries, ensuring accurate tracking and follow-up.
- π§ Support with quotations, order confirmations, and production/delivery coordination.
- π Prepare and update regional B2B performance reports and sales trackers.
- π Support B2B managers in preparing customized proposals and presentations.
- ποΈ Ensure client information and project documentation are properly recorded in the CRM system.
β Requirements & Skills
- π§ Organized with strong communication skills and an eye for detail.
- π€ Ability to coordinate effectively between different teams and clients.
- π Familiarity with sales processes and reporting is beneficial.
- π Experience or interest in international business is a plus.
π° Allowance: SGD$1000 per month
