This internship provides comprehensive, hands-on exposure to end-to-end HR functions, including People Development, Operations, and Process Regulatory & Compliance. You'll work closely with the HR team to make a real impact.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 👥 Support onboarding and orientation for new hires.
- 🗂️ Maintain and organize employee files and HR documentation.
- 📊 Assist in generating HR reports and dashboards.
- 🎉 Help with employee engagement initiatives and events.
- 🔗 Support data gathering for HR systems and process improvement.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 🎓 Currently enrolled in a degree related to Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration.
- 🧐 Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
- 💬 Strong communication and coordination skills.
- 💻 Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
