🎯 About the Role

This internship provides practical experience in sourcing candidates, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and managing recruitment databases. You'll support the recruitment team in building a strong talent pipeline.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 📄 Assist in posting job vacancies on job portals and recruitment platforms.
• 🔍 Source and identify potential candidates based on job requirements.
• 📝 Screen resumes and applications based on qualifications.
• 📞 Assist in conducting initial phone or online interviews.
• 🗓️ Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• 📧 Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and application updates.
• 📂 Maintain and update candidate trackers, recruitment databases, and applicant records.
• 📊 Assist in preparing recruitment reports and other HR documentation.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 🗣️ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• 📝 Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• 💻 Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
• 🏢 Able to work onsite and commit to the required internship schedule.
• 🤝 Can work independently while also being a team player.

📍 Location: BGC, Taguig (full-time onsite), Philippines

⏳ Duration: At least 300 hours / 4 months
