🎯 About the Role

This internship offers structured exposure to corporate training operations, instructional support, retail capability development, and customer engagement initiatives within a fast-paced retail and marketing environment. You will work alongside experienced professionals to strengthen skills in communication, facilitation, content organization, and operational coordination.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 📝 Assist in organizing and developing learning materials and training presentations.
• 🚀 Support the preparation and coordination of training sessions and workshops.
• 🌐 Participate in field activities and brand engagement programs.
• ⚙️ Assist with administrative and operational tasks related to training deployment.
• 🤝 Support collaborative activities involving Retail, Product, Marketing, and Training teams.
• 📊 Help gather training feedback and activity documentation for reporting.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Marketing, Business, Communications, Education).
• 🗣️ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• 📑 Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
• 👥 Comfortable engaging with customers and participating in events.
• 🚀 Team player with a proactive, adaptable attitude.
