🎯 About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Tele Sales Interns to join our growing team. The selected candidates will be responsible for converting leads into registrations through calls and WhatsApp communication while delivering an excellent customer experience.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 📞 Contact prospective customers through outbound calls and WhatsApp.
• 📣 Promote seminar registrations, fashion show registrations, workshops, and other company events.
• ⭐ Follow up with warm leads and convert inquiries into confirmed registrations.
• 🗂️ Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM/database.
• 🎯 Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• 🤝 Resolve customer queries professionally and maintain strong client relationships.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🗣️ Excellent communication skills in Hindi (English communication is an added advantage).
• 🌟 Good persuasion and negotiation skills.
• 💻 Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets.
• 😊 Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• 🎓 Undergraduate or graduate students, or recent graduates.
