🎯 About the Role
As part of the Continuous Improvement team, you will learn to challenge conventional thinking and support tactical efforts, serving as a team leader and coach. This role develops your ability to influence people, manage change, and drive execution across various processes.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities

✅ Requirements & Skills
- 🎓 Current enrollment in a BS program related to Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering.
- 🚀 Desire to reach beyond typical engineering roles into problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- 👥 Desire to lead cross-functional teams.
- 🌊 Desire to understand customers and improve their experience.
- 📚 Minimum first semester junior status with 48 completed credits.
- 🗓️ Availability for a full co-op term running January to August 2027 or June to December 2027.
- 🎓 Ability to enroll in a formalized co-op Program through your university.
💰 Compensation: $18.00-27.50 per hour
⏳ Duration: January to August 2027 or June to December 2027
