๐ฏ About the Role
As part of the Credit team, you will assist in administering company credit and collection policies, learn creditworthiness assessment, and manage customer accounts. This role offers opportunities to build business acumen, strengthen analytical skills, and contribute to projects enhancing efficiency and effectiveness within the Credit function.
๐ ๏ธ Key Responsibilities
- ๐ฐ Support timely customer payments and learn credit/collection best practices.
- ๐ Assist with daily collection software activities and customer interactions.
- ๐ Learn to analyze customer financial information and credit line reviews.
- ๐ค Gain exposure to AI-powered analytics and automation tools for credit risk.
- ๐ Utilize Power BI and Excel for dashboards and performance analysis.
- ๐ Participate in special projects, continuous improvement, and digital transformation.
- ๐ Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management.
โ Requirements & Skills
- ๐ Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Related Field.
- ๐ Minimum second semester sophomore status with 48 completed credits.
- ๐๏ธ Availability to work full-time from May through December 2027.
- ๐ฃ๏ธ Strong communication skills for effective collaboration.
- ๐ป Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- ๐ก Interest in leveraging AI tools, data analytics, and automation.
- ๐ Self-starter with a willingness to learn credit, finance, and data analytics.
๐ฐ Compensation: $18.00-27.50 per hour
