Help shape the presentation of Defence Executive Officer (DXO) to prospective candidates and the public through engaging branding and communications initiatives.
π― About the Role
Support new and ongoing branding and communications initiatives across digital and physical touchpoints. You will develop communication materials, manage job postings, and conduct research to inform strategy.
π οΈ Key Responsibilities
- π£ Support branding and communications initiatives across digital and physical touchpoints.
- π Coordinate project timelines and deliverables with vendors and stakeholders.
- π¨ Develop infographics, posters, and other communication materials.
- π’ Manage job advertisement postings and support content improvements.
- π Conduct social media and digital content research.
- π¬ Support content planning and production, including short-form videos.
β Requirements & Skills
- π Education in Communications, Media Studies, Marketing, or related fields.
- π¨ Proficiency in at least one design tool (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- βοΈ Strong written communication skills in English.
- π¬ Experience with video editing software is a bonus.
- πΌοΈ A portfolio of work is required.
- π Proactive and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
