Support the planning and implementation of new initiatives and projects in recruitment, programme administration, and engagement within a dynamic public sector environment.
π― About the Role
Assist in recruitment coordination, event planning and execution, and data analysis for various initiatives. You will help identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance program effectiveness.
π οΈ Key Responsibilities
- π€ Support new and ongoing initiatives and projects.
- π Support recruitment coordination, including candidate tracking and interview scheduling.
- π Plan and execute engagement activities and events.
- ποΈ Support the development of processes, databases, and SOPs.
- π Manage and analyze programme and engagement data.
- π Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
β Requirements & Skills
- π Education in Business Administration, Human Resource, or a related field.
- π» Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- ποΈ Comfortable managing data and maintaining trackers.
- β Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
- π§ Meticulous, reliable, and proactive.
- π‘ Interest in HR, talent development, or public sector work is advantageous.
β³ Duration: December 2026, extendable (minimum 6 months commitment)
