🎯 About the Role
As a Customer Success Associate, you will be instrumental in ensuring our customers have a positive experience and continue to utilize our services. This role involves onboarding new accounts, managing daily support, driving engagement, and assisting with renewals.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 👋 Fresher interested in a customer-facing role (success, support, coordination, account management).
- 🗣️ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; calm and empathetic.
- 🗄️ Good organization and CRM discipline.
- 💻 Comfort working in a remote, digital-first, cross-functional team.
- 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration (BBA) or related field is advantageous.
- 🚀 Experience in a startup or scaling environment is a plus.
