HR Intern

This 3-month contract at our Gurgaon office offers hands-on experience in large-scale HR operations. You will be instrumental in streamlining employee records and data management.

🎯 About the Role

This 3-month internship at the Gurgaon office focuses on supporting a dedicated task force to streamline employee records. Interns will accurately split, format, and update documentation into a master HR database, gaining experience in data management and compliance.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 📂 Review, categorize, and split large volumes of consolidated digital employee files.
• ⬆️ Upload and log processed files accurately into the master HR database.
• ✅ Perform quality checks on documentation to verify completeness.
• 📈 Maintain daily logs of processed files to track progress toward backlog clearance.
• 🤝 Collaborate with the core HR Operations team to report anomalies and ensure compliance.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (BBA, MBA, B.Com, or equivalent).
• 📊 Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (basic data entry, filtering, sorting).
• 💻 Comfortable navigating database management systems.
• 꼼꼼 High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• 🔒 Ability to maintain data confidentiality.
• ⚡ Capable of handling high-volume, repetitive data processing tasks with speed and accuracy.
