Lift Truck Operator Trainee

Operate powered industrial vehicles to ensure the safe and efficient movement of materials, supporting continuous manufacturing and distribution operations.

🎯 About the Role

This role focuses on the safe and efficient movement of raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods to support manufacturing and distribution. You will partner with production and warehouse teams to maintain inventory accuracy and ensure timely material flow.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 📦 Receive, inspect, store, and stage incoming materials.
• 🚚 Transport materials safely and efficiently throughout the facility.
• 🛒 Pick, prepare, and deliver production materials.
• 🚛 Load and unload vendor and carrier shipments.
• 🔎 Maintain inventory accuracy by resolving discrepancies.
• ✅ Operate powered industrial vehicles safely.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 High school diploma or GED.
• 📦 Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment is preferred.
• 🚚 Experience operating powered industrial trucks is preferred.
• 📚 Knowledge of safe material handling practices.
• ➕ Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.

💰 Compensation: $21.59 - $21.59 /H
