Interior Design Intern

Support the conceptualization and development of unique interior designs for boutique hospitality properties in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 About the Role

This on-site internship in Gurugram involves supporting the design team in creating interiors for boutique properties, including guest rooms and event spaces. You will assist with mood boards, material sourcing, vendor coordination, and ensure design concepts are executed consistently across properties.

• 🎨 Assist with mood boards and design presentations.
• 🛒 Source materials and furnishings.
• 📞 Coordinate with vendors.
• 📐 Help maintain design documentation and layouts.
• 🚶 Conduct site visits and capture measurements.
• ✅ Support implementation to ensure design concepts are executed.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• ✨ Foundational interior design skills, including space planning, color, and material selection.
• 💻 Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar software.
• 📊 Proficiency in presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe tools).
• 🗣️ Strong visual communication skills, including creating mood boards and concept sketches.
• 🗂️ Organizational and project support skills, including time management and attention to detail.
• 🤝 Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• 🎓 Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 🌟 Enthusiasm for hospitality and boutique spaces.
