Global Revenue Operations Analytics Intern

🎯 About the Role

You will focus on identifying and modernizing high-value analytics experiences across Global Revenue Operations through a telemetry-driven approach. Partner with stakeholders to understand data usage, gather requirements, and develop innovative dashboard designs to improve insight discovery and decision-making.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🤝 Partner with business stakeholders to understand how reports and datasets support decision-making.
• 📝 Conduct business requirements gathering sessions to identify gaps and enhancement areas.
• 📊 Explore enterprise datasets for deeper analysis, improved visualization, and enhanced business storytelling.
• 🖥️ Design and develop interactive Static HTML dashboard prototypes.
• 💬 Gather stakeholder feedback and iterate on dashboard designs for usability and business value.
• 📈 Convert validated dashboard concepts into enterprise-ready Power BI solutions.
• ⚙️ Develop and maintain reporting, metrics, and KPIs supporting Go-To-Market functions.
• 🔍 Analyze customer demand patterns, market conditions, and business trends for actionable insights.
• 🌟 Create executive-ready visualizations and presentations.
• 🔄 Support report modernization and migration initiatives with Business Intelligence and IT teams.
• ✅ Perform data validation to ensure data integrity, consistency, and quality.
• 🚀 Support key analytics, reporting, and business transformation initiatives.
• 💻 Engage with enterprise systems including Microsoft 365, Fabric, Power BI, Power Query, SAP, Salesforce.
• 🌐 Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across various departments.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Current student pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher in Data Science, Business/Data Analytics, Business Information Systems, Informatics, or similar, returning to school in Fall 2027.
• 🗓️ Project management experience driving projects to key milestones and deliverables.
• 📦 Experience gathering data from large-scale data warehouses/marts.
• 👂 Experience gathering and addressing feedback from customer-facing stakeholder groups.
• 💾 Expertise with Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, Pivot Tables, Charts), Power Suite (Automate, Query, PowerBI), Copilot Studio, AgentBuilder, Graph APIs, Fabric, and other Microsoft 365 tools.
• 📈 Proven proficiency with business intelligence and/or ETL analysis tools.
• 🐍 Proven proficiency with open-source software and/or scripting (e.g., Python, VBA).
• 💡 Fast learner, innovative, and eager to make an impact.
• 🧠 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to automate solutions.
• ✍️ Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• 🎯 Ability to own delivery of multiple projects in parallel, based on changing priorities.
• 🌱 Genuine interest in learning and willingness to learn from all people.

💰 Compensation: $22 - $29.50/hr
