🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🤝 Support projects and initiatives across organizational teams.
• 📊 Provide research and recommendations for key projects.
• 🗂️ Help maintain and update databases and assist with reporting.
• 🎉 Support Destination Madison events, meetings, and community activities.
• 🌐 Assist the Brand team with website and social media content.
• 📦 Participate in mailings, deliveries, and inventory management.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 😊 Friendly, positive, and eager to learn.
• 🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a team.
• 🗂️ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• 💁 Basic experience in customer service is a plus.
• 🎨 Proficiency in Canva.
• 🗣️ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• 📍 Familiarity with Madison's attractions, events, and community offerings is a bonus.

💰 Compensation: $16.00 per hour
