• 🤝 Build and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and community partners.
• 📢 Represent the organization at community events and networking opportunities.
• 📊 Track outreach activities and manage donor records.
• 📧 Execute integrated marketing and communications plans.
• ✍️ Create and distribute content across social media, website, and email newsletters.
• 🎉 Coordinate marketing and promotion of events.
• 💰 Assist in planning and execution of fundraising campaigns.
• 🚀 Support online fundraising platforms and donation tools.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 📈 2+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• ✍️ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• 📱 Experience with social media management and content creation.
• 💻 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and donor/database management systems.
• 📂 Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• 🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• 🚗 Reliable transportation required.

💰 Compensation: $20-25/Hour
