🎯 About the Role

Join Sembcorp Specialised Construction as an Architectural BIM Intern. You will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and refining 3D architectural BIM models, ensuring compliance with standards and collaborating with design teams.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• ✏️ Assist in creating and developing 3D architectural BIM models using Revit.
• 🔄 Maintain, update, and refine BIM models based on architects’ instructions, design changes, or client feedback.
• 📏 Assist in reviewing architectural BIM models to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, codes of practice, and project requirements.
• 🤝 Collaborate with designers and other engineering disciplines to support coordinated project models.
• 📐 Produce detailed drawings and documentation for architectural project elements.
• 💬 Participate in BIM coordination discussions and support model integration tasks as required.
• 🗄️ Ensure proper documentation, file management, and adherence to BIM standards.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🏛️ Background in Architecture, BIM, or equivalent
• 📐 Basic understanding of architectural drafting or building design concepts.
• 💻 Familiarity with Revit or other BIM tools is an advantage (training provided).
• 📚 Willingness to learn BIM workflows, drafting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• ✨ Good attention to detail, accuracy, and willingness to follow established modelling standards.
• 🗣️ Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• 😊 Proactive and positive learning attitude.
