🎯 About the Role

Join Sembcorp Specialised Construction as a BIM Intern. You will assist in the development and management of BIM models for building and infrastructure projects, working with industry-standard software and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🏗️ Assist in the development and management of BIM models for building and infrastructure projects.
• 💻 Work with Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other BIM software to create and update digital models.
• 🔗 Support engineers and architects in clash detection, coordination, and visualization of project designs.
• 📄 Assist in the preparation of drawings, schedules, and documentation for project planning and execution.
• ✅ Conduct model audits and quality checks to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• 🤝 Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of BIM workflows.
• 💡 Research and implement best practices in digital construction and automation.
• 🗄️ Assist in organizing and managing project data within Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🏗️ Background in BIM Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 💡 Basic understanding of BIM concepts, 3D modeling, and digital construction workflows.
• 💻 Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other BIM-related software is an advantage.
• 🧠 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• 👥 Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
