🎯 About the Role

This is an execution-focused role where you will be responsible for launching, managing, and optimizing ad campaigns to maximize ROAS and scale profitable brands. You will manage Meta ad accounts for multiple eCommerce brands.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🚀 Launch and optimize Meta ad campaigns for purchases and conversions.
• 📊 Monitor KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CTR, and Conversion Rate.
• 📈 Analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven optimizations.
• 💡 Coordinate with creative and copy teams to test new ad creatives.
• 📝 Prepare weekly performance reports and scaling strategies.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 📅 1-2 years of experience managing Meta Ads.
• 🛍️ Experience working with eCommerce brands is mandatory.
• ⚙️ Strong understanding of campaign structure, pixel, events, and tracking.
• 🧠 Ability to analyze data and make optimization decisions.
